Phipps CDC serves more than 8,000 children, teens and adults in programs that provide access to a range of opportunities to help them succeed in school and at work, build strong families, and forge even stronger communities. We are committed to maintaining high-quality programs, providing innovative opportunities, and helping our participants achieve success. Many participants live in Phipps Houses properties and most reside in communities where Phipps properties are located; one of our objectives is to maximize the benefits of sound, well-maintained housing and skill building programs.
